Alert: rainy day grip strength solution!

Hey riding crew! Resident fitness junkie here. I have something pretty cool for you!


Want to know what kind of feels like riding your Africa Twin while you're watching YouTube videos of cross-continental Africa Twin adventures on a rainy day?


After much hunting to find a solid grip-training option for dirt-biking and dual-sporting, I've finally found something that can train muscles in a way similar to riding.


At last - a good rainy day (or at-your-desk) grip strength solution!

These rubber bars come in 3 various densities (difficulties), which is awesome. Spend a good dose of time twisting and bending and making dirt bike noises with the "light" one as endurance training, and be sure to add in some more intense time with the "medium" and "heavy" ones. Hold them up at chest- to shoulder-level while you're working them.




On a side note, I really have no idea what to call them, so I've settled with "grip twisters".
