VENDORS & VOLUNTEERS: Are Welcome & Free To Set Up & Camp For 4 Nights! That's a $95 savings! However, If you want to upgrade by renting the new facilities, purchase food or rent electrical sites please contact David Baird or Jon Buffington
LTaR Minus Meals: $95 for full rally with Free Camping. Must be purchased before September 27, 2024

LTaR Day Passes $25 a day no meal, no camping provided. Must be purchased before September 27, 2024
Electric hookups are limited and additional $35 a day cost

Early arrivals begin at noon on Wednesday the 2nd.
Adults staying, overnight, on site must register for full rally.
17 & under, free. Must be accompanied by an adult.
No refunds after online registration closes.
All refunds are subject to processing fee based on
percentage of refund.

Coffee and Riders Meeting at the Barn 8:30am. Breakfast (times TBD) Safety Briefing then Take a Ride!
Try to be back by 5pm for the Bike Game. 6:30 Community Pot Luck Dinner. From there is the Fire Pit, Barn Refreshments, Poker Hand, hang out with the crowds or in camp. Other activities TBD and posted up here as we get closer.
