Zero Walk On's / Tickets Can Only Be Purchased Online before September 27, 2024

Early arrivals begin at noon on Wednesday the 2nd.

Adults staying, overnight, on site must register for full rally.

17 & under, free. Must be accompanied by an adult.

No refunds after online registration closes.

All refunds are subject to processing fee based on

percentage of refund.

No Walk On: All Tickets Are Sold Online.

RV sites are a courtesy provided by the land owner. Eastern Rendezvous is only collecting and passing those fee's over to land owner

If you purchase an RV site you must also have a Rally Ticket.

Coffee and Riders Meeting at the Barn 8:30am. Breakfast (times TBD) Safety Briefing then Take a Ride!

Try to be back by 5pm for the Bike Game. 6:30 Community Pot Luck Dinner. From there is the Fire Pit, Barn Refreshments, Poker Hand, hang out with the crowds or in camp. Other activities TBD and posted up here as we get closer.
